This year Chukar was a proud Platinum Star Sponsor for the Prosser Boys & Girls Club’s Festival of Trees fundraising event, which occurred on Saturday, November 18th. Festival of Trees is the Prosser branch’s largest fundraiser of the year and is essential to the operation of core programs for the Boys & Girls Club. We’re happy to share that our community raised more than $112,000!

At the event, Christmas trees are decorated with special themes then put up for auction. The winning bidders get to keep all of the ornaments and even the presents that come with the tree! This year, sixteen beautifully decorated trees were auctioned off. Community members and businesses decorated the trees and donated the presents, making each one-of-a-kind.

Guests enjoyed a family style meal including a dessert dash, which featured two freshly baked cherry cakes from Chukar Cherries. There is also a live auction for freshly made cakes of every variety.

Events like Festival of Trees help the Boys & Girls Club deliver on their promise of empowering all young people to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. Chukar Cherries is proud to sponsor the event every year. All funds raised at the event go directly to Boys & Girls Club programs.
