Chocolate Cherries vs Cherry Cordials
Have you ever wondered how our chocolate covered cherries differ from the cherry cordials of yesteryear?
Preparing checkout…
You sink your teeth into a Chukar chocolate covered cherry and wonder "how did they make something this uniquely delicious?" The layers of chocolate are so fine and perfectly textured. The dried cherry in the center is so flavorful and chewy. Well, here is a quick video behind the scenes!
We are proud to make the world's most delicious - and most natural - chocolate covered cherry. We start with the best sweet cherries in the US, grown here in the fruit lands of Eastern Washington. Bing, Rainier, and tart cherries are harvested at peak ripeness and immediately brought to our facility to be washed and put through our patented drying process that involves 100% natural air drying with no added preservatives or sulfites.
The dried cherries are put into old fashioned copper kettles, where European style chocolate is lavishly drizzled over the top of them. As the cherries tumble in the kettles, the chocolate is finely layered, which creates a special density: not too hard and not too soft.
Every chocolate cherry we make is made within two weeks of being shipped. This guarantees an exceptional flavor. Our employees carefully place Dark Chocolate Cherries, Honey Pecans, Chocolate Bings, and more into our assortment boxes for a colorful and impressive gift presentation.
Whether for yourself or for a gift, a Chocolate Cherry Assortment Box is a delightful tasting experience not to be missed!
