Very Cherry Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 ounce wheel of brie
  • ⅓ cup Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly
  • 1 teaspoon pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, roughly chopped
  • Lime

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium sauté pan, heat up oil and cook onions until golden, about 15 minutes.
Place wheel of brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Evenly spread Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly on top. Add caramelized onions and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Bake for 15 minutes or until brie is melted through.
Transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the brie. Sprinkle parsley, salt, and pepper on top. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice.
