Cherry Pepper Jelly Crostini
Whip up this easy but impressive appetizer in just 20 minutes. With cream cheese and feta as a base and zesty Cherry Pepper Jelly, this savory starter will spice up your holiday menu.
Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) block feta
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1\/2 cup Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the baguette into 1\/2-inch slices and arrange on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly golden brown.
Meanwhile, add cream cheese, feta, pepper, and 1 tablespoon olive oil to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese and feta mixture over the baguette slices. Top each with a dollop of Chukar® Cherry Pepper Jelly.
Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh rosemary.
