Ingredients

• 2 chicken breasts or thighs
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
• Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce

Directions

Preheat grill to medium heat.
Brush chicken lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill on medium heat for 5 minutes per side.
Brush Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce on each side and cook additional 2 minutes per side or until thoroughly cooked
Brush lightly with additional warmed Chukar® Cherry Chipotle Sauce and serve.
