Tart Cherry Gelato

Ingredients
- 4 cups Chukar® Sour Cherry Fruit Sauce
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Directions
- Line an 11"x5" tray with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine Chukar® Sour Cherry Fruit Sauce, heavy whipping cream, and lemon juice. Blend until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Pour contents of blender into the prepared dish and smooth top with a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Place the tray in the freezer and serve once firm enough to scoop. It should keep for several days before ice crystals begin to form.
