Washington Wines & Cherries—And the Bees that Sustain Them
It's spring and we're sipping white wine and thinking about the honeybees that pollinate both the vineyards and orchards. Learn...
Our Proprietary Red Wine Blend 2019 was recently awarded a score of 96 points and the prestigious Double Gold Award by Washington State Wines. We are honored by this recognition, and we hope that you will be inspired to sample one of our bottles, either by enjoying one of our Washington Wine Gifts or by visiting Chukar in person at our tasting room in Prosser, WA.
Located here in the fertile agricultural lands of Eastern Washington, we are lucky to have access to the best cherries and grapes in the country. Many outstanding, well regarded wines are produced in the Columbia Valley due to its volcanic soil and extended growing season.

Our Pacific Northwest Red Wine Blend is a partnership with a nearby vineyard and is a fruit-forward blend of Cabernet, Syrah, Merlot, and Malbec. The 2019 vintage reveals rich flavors of black cherries and ripe plums with hints of spice, white pepper, and savory herbs.
As wine and cherry lovers ourselves, our aim is to share what we’ve known all along—there’s no better pairing than Chukar Cherries and Washington wine. We combine our wines with thoughtful pairings of dried cherries and chocolate cherries in a variety of tasteful Washington Wine Gifts.
Wines are evaluated by a sophisticated team of sommeliers, winemakers, and wine professionals. Each bottle is "popped, poured, tasted, and scored" before being rated. Top, Double Gold wines are considered the pinnacle of wines produced in Washington State.
