Columbia Valley Red Wine Blend (Primitivo, Cabernet Sauvignon): Subtle aromas of stone fruits intertwine with savory black pepper and cocoa powder notes. This medium bodied wine is fruit forward with a slight spice that lingers.
Beelieve Columbia Valley Chardonnay: Notes of fresh citrus, peaches and creamy butter are complimented by a finish of minerality that leaves a crisp impression that lingers. This Chardonnay pairs well with Northwest dried Rainier cherries that are naturally honey sweet.
Black Forest Cherries: Slow dried, sweet Bing cherries drenched in ultra dark chocolate and finished with bittersweet cocoa.
Honey Pecans: The obsession-worthy combination of honey roasted praline pecans coated in premium milk chocolate and dusted with powdered sugar.
Cherry Trio: A mix of dark chocolates destined to be paired with wine.
